- A chargeback is "a charge that is returned to a payment card after a customer successfully disputes an item on their account statement or transactions report."

- Sprinkle has zero tolerance for fraudulent chargebacks.
- In the event that you file a fraudulent chargeback, we will not only fight it until we win, you will be indefinitely blocked from our store and will not be permitted to purchase from us again.
- All fraud, including credit card fraud, will not be accepted and as such will be fully investigated and pursued under the law to its fullest extent. Any losses resulting in Sprinkle Girl, LLC's behalf will be fully pursued in a civil lawsuit to claim back any losses incurred, covering all business, legal fees, research costs, human resource and loss of income.
- Any other recourse available to us will be taken against you.

- When you file a fraudulent chargeback, you cost small businesses, like Sprinkle, the cost of goods and overhead on top of fees from financial institutions.
- When purchasing from Sprinkle, you agree to our Terms of Service. This includes our Returns and Exchanges policies.
- If you do not like or agree to our Returns and Exchanges policies, please do not purchase from our company.
